The vacuum dry carbon fiber process involves using pre-impregnated carbon fiber material, shaped in a mold and vacuum-sealed to cure using the autoclave method. The autoclave vacuuming ensures minimal pinholes and no air pockets, resulting in the highest-quality carbon fiber products available.
